My difficulty has been staying asleep. I can fall asleep easily. But then I awaken after 2 or 3 hours and am up for the rest of the night.
After a week, I believe that I might have broken the cycle.

I am a bit of a nerd about tracking steps and sleep and I was blown away by the improvement in my REM and Deep sleep cycles with just one capsule at bedtime. I posted two hours of REM and 2 hrs of deep sleep on 7.5 hrs of sleep with Miraflora vs 1 hour of each on average without. I have never gotten such a great night's sleep. Highly recommend.

I have always had trouble sleeping, and these little soft gels have helped me so much. I've tried everything--sleeping pills, etc.--and nothing works as well to help me relax.
