You do not need an account to buy from Miraflora, however setting one up is free and makes the checkout process faster. When you sign up you are able to:

WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE BILLED?

Your account is billed upon the first shipment of your order, unless otherwise noted. This includes items shipped immediately, personalized items, and preorder items.

WHY AM I PAYING SALES TAX NOW WHEN I HAVEN’T ON PREVIOUS PURCHASES?

As an e-commerce company based in the U.S., we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time and depend upon the state to which items are being shipped.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you checked out as a guest, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have an account with Miraflora, you can track your order in the Account section.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order should ship within 5-7 business days. Once it ships, we will send you an email with a link to track your exact delivery date.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we currently do not ship outside of the US due to current federal regulations.

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

As long as orders do not contain gummies, they can ship to a P.O. box. Orders containing gummies or chews must be shipped to a physical address.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We allow you to return unopened product up to 90 days after receiving the shipment.

HOW IS MARIJUANA DIFFERENT FROM CBD?

Both hemp and marijuana come from cannabis plants, however, marijuana plants contain significant levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), whereas hemp plants do not. THC is the cannabinoid that causes the “high” feeling, and it is not currently legal in all 50 states. According to federal regulation within Section 7606 of the Agricultural Act of 2014, the Obama administration determined hemp plants that contain less than .03% THC as legal, which in turn makes cannabinoids, including cannabidiol (CBD) extracted from hemp legal, as well.

ARE THERE MANY DIFFERENT CBD HEMP OIL VARIETIES?

There a number of industrial hemp varieties around the world, cultivated for things like hemp seed oil and industrial fibers for items like rope and clothes. Most of them, however, have very minimal CBD content because they are not used for therapeutic purposes. In the U.S. the number of varieties that have been developed through a genetic research and development effort is minimal. This leads to limited predictability and consistency in the cannabinoid and terpene profiles that are produced. A CBD consumer can have a higher probability of getting a consistent product by knowing the actual variety that was used to produce the full-spectrum flower oil and knowing if the genetic of the variety have been developed through a scientific genetics research program. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CBD OIL?

CBD has the ability to uphold your body’s natural homeostasis by triggering the receptors of the human body’s Endocannabinoid System. Early research has shown that CBD can be used as a neuroprotective, an antioxidant, an anti-inflammatory, anxiolytic, antidepressant, analgesic, anticonvulsant, antipsychotic, antibiotic among other uses. The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All information presented here is not meant as a substitute for or alternative to information from health care practitioners. WHAT AMOUNT OF CBD SHOULD I TAKE?

Each person’s reason for using CBD is different, as is each person’s body and unique health conditions that must be considered. We always recommend a consultation with your doctor or health care professional to determine the right amount for you.

WILL CBD GET ME HIGH?

No. Cannabidiol (CBD) is non-psychoactive and thus, does not provide the “high” associated with Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

ARE CBD PRODUCTS SAFE?

Yes. There is no “high” effect with CBD and a significant decrease in symptoms such as reduction of pain and anxiety among many other benefits have been reported. To date it appears that CBD and other cannabinoids are much safer than some of the current pharmaceutical products on the market. There are no known side effects and there have been no reported deaths attributed to the use of CBD.

IS CBD LEGAL?

CBD is legal in all 50 states.

CAN CBD SHOW UP IN DRUG TESTS?

Drug tests identify the residual amounts of THC in the blood. Therefore, there is a small chance that using any CBD product made from full-spectrum hemp oil can lead to a positive drug test due to the fact that it contains minuscule amounts of THC in it (less than .3%). Our non-THC products might be a better fit for those that require to be tested for their job or profession. If this is a major concern, please be sure to discuss use of CBD with your doctor, health care professional, or employer before use.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE TOO MUCH CBD?

Long story short, no. To date, there have been zero instances where a person has died from consuming large amounts of only THC or CBD. Studies have not been able to find signs of toxicity in the body even when testing doses of up to 1500 milligrams per day. According to research, the biggest risk in taking huge doses of CBD is drowsiness. That being said, some additional side effects may occur with large doses like diarrhea, nausea, dry mouth or appetite changes. Some medicines have been known to react negatively with CBD, so it is always best to check with your physician before beginning your CBD routine.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF CBD?

Tinctures and soft gels are shelf stable for up to 2 years after purchase date. Topicals will last for 1 year after purchase date. Gummies are shelf stable for up to 3 months after opening.

WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR WHEN PURCHASING A CBD PRODUCT?

1.What is the source of the CBD?

2.Is it full-spectrum hemp flower oil, or is it CBD isolate? Is it made from hemp flowers only, or does it include extractions from stalks, stems, leaves, or seeds?

3.Was the CBD from a single source or multiple sources where it can not be traced back to the farm? Traceability and single source is important for product consistency.

4.What was the hemp variety used to produce the CBD? Knowing the variety and that it is made from a single variety can help insure that you get the same cannabinoid, terpene and flavonoid profile consistently.

5.What is the “Active CBD” concentration in the product? Without knowing this it will be very hard to determine the actual CBD dose you will receive.

WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MIRAFLORA OILS AND OTHER PRODUCERS?

Miraflora is a bioscience company that produces premium full-spectrum hemp flower oil. Miraflora only harvests the flower of the hemp plant. HOW MUCH CBD IS IN MIRAFLORA'S PRODUCTS?

DOES MIRAFLORA PROVIDE FULL TRACEABILITY?

Yes, Miraflora CBD comes with full traceability from “plant to product” including a third-party lab, to ensure complete credibility. Miraflora is a bioscience company that tracks and accumulates data all the way from the hemp plant DNA through the extracted oil ingredient that goes into the product.

WHAT DOES MIRAFLORA MEAN, ANYWAY?

Miraflora is a combination of Latin words. “Mira” means wonderful, amazing, or extraordinary. “Flora,” or flower, is a word used to characterize plants of a certain region. Together, Miraflora means “amazing plant.”

HOW IS THE PRODUCT GROWN?

Miraflora is proud to have complete traceability from plant to product. If you are purchasing CBD products that have been grown from varieties that have been developed through a scientific genetic research program, you should also be assured that the production methodology has been researched specifically for the expression of the characteristics of that variety. Miraflora conducts production research on fertility, plant density, plant and harvesting date, solar radiation (sunlight), and many other environmental factors to ensure consistency of the product, from process to purchase. “Miraflora is a science-based company that uses hemp grown in a single location to provide you with the highest level of product standardization.

HOW IS THE PRODUCT SAFETY AND QUALITY TESTED?

Every extracted batch of full-spectrum hemp flower oil is tested for cannabinoid and terpene content, and the amounts are clearly listed in all products. For Miraflora’s internal quality assurance program, we also run residual solvent, pesticides, mycotoxin and heavy metal tests. These tests are very important because the hemp plant is a bioremediator. This means that the hemp plant will pull any of the above compounds from the soil and accumulate them in the plant. Not all CBD products are made the same way: Consumers should understand where their hemp was grown, how it was grown, and what kind of testing that specific producer is conducting to ensure safety. It is always best to purchase products like Miraflora’s that include only full-spectrum hemp flower oil from hemp grown in a single location that has been extensively tested and analyzed.

DOES YOUR PRODUCT CONTAIN EXTRA VIRGIN OILVE OIL OR OTHER INGREDIENTS?

Miraflora soft gels and tinctures contain only full-spectrum hemp flower oil and MCT oil, which is the medium chain triglyceride derived from coconut oil.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

No, Miraflora products are never tested on animals.

ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE?

All of our products are gluten free. Currently, our soft gels are not vegan. We are working on this and hope to have vegan soft gels in the next couple months.
